Shipping and Returns Information

By placing this order, I certify that I am of legal age to purchase the items listed above and that these items do not violate any of the standards of the community in which I reside.

· Normal delivery time on items ordered for shipment is 1-3 weeks. However, you may select faster shipping methods by putting a note in the comments section of the order form, Which we will then contact you at the email address you indicate to let you know how much more the delivery charge will be. Please allow 3 days(M-F) to process the order.
· In the event of a defect that is reported to us within 5 days, we will replace the item with the exact same model.
· All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
· Applicable tariffs and duties may apply on International orders. You will be responsible for any tariffs and duties. We will not charge your credit card for tariffs and duties.
· Orders submitted after 5 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
· All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective or broken during shipping, We will replace the defective product with the exact same product. To return a defective product, please see below.

How to Return an item:
Return item will not be accepted without an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. To get an RMA number email support@1001-gifts.com. In the email include:
1. Order Number
2. Name and address
3. Reason for the return
4. Your Phone number

Once we receive your request, we will email you your RMA number and the address to return the product. Any items sent back must be pre-paid. We will mail a check back for the shipping costs with the replacement product.
